Appointments

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment, and tardiness of more than 10 minutes might necessitate rescheduling to ensure we can provide the highest quality service. We value your time and ours, so please review our cancellation policy for detailed information on associated fees.

Cancellation and No-Show Guidelines

At Austin Aesthetic Atelier, we value your time and strive to accommodate all our clients efficiently. To ensure everyone can enjoy timely appointments, we have a 48-hour cancellation and no-show policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the following fees, which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file:

Medical and Aesthetic Appointments:

30-59 minutes – $100
60+ minutes – $150

After three late cancellations or no-shows, prepayment in full will be required for future bookings. This prepayment is non-refundable if our cancellation policy is not adhered to. However, if you reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, the prepayment will be credited toward future services.

Our providers are often booked weeks to months in advance, and last-minute cancellations leave gaps that we can’t fill on short notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which help us maintain high standards of service and respect for our team’s time.

Refund Policy

At Austin Aesthetic Atelier, our goal is to provide exceptional service and achieve the best possible results for our clients. Due to the personalized nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Each client’s aesthetic journey is unique, and while we strive for excellence, individual results can vary. Additional treatments needed to reach your desired outcome are the client’s responsibility.

Product Returns: Our curated selection of skincare products is designed to enhance your beauty regimen. However, we understand that occasionally a product may not meet expectations. We do not offer refunds on product purchases, but if you receive a defective item, you may exchange it within 14 days for the same product.

Gift Certificates: Share the gift of beauty and wellness with our gift certificates, perfect for any occasion. Please note that all gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable.

Little Ones and Furry Friends Policy

Children

While we adore kids, we kindly ask that you arrange for childcare prior to your appointment. This helps us maintain a tranquil atmosphere and ensures the safety of your little ones during your visit.

Pets

We love your furry family members too, but for everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask that you leave them at home unless they are service animals. Should you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, we will request that you find alternative arrangements for them.
